DAY 1 – Tangier – Chefchaouen
We will pass by you to your Riad / Hotel at 8:00 a.m. and we will go to the fascinating blue city. Once there we will go to a strategic viewpoint where you can admire the entire town from above. Then we will go down to Chefchaouen and start exploring its majestic walls and doors, its medina and its natural water source.
We will visit the Kasbah Museum, the Great Mosque that is famous for its octagonal minaret, and the Uta el-Hammam Square. We will have lunch at a local restaurant and then have free time to explore on your own. Dinner and rest at your accommodation.
DAY 2 – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez
We will pass by you to your Riad / Hotel at 8:00 a.m. and we will start towards Volubilis, a beautiful city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. They will be shocked to see the Mosaics of the house of Efebo, Hercules and the House of the Athlete. Other sites of interest are the baths, the Aqueduct, the Capitoline Temple, the Basilica and the Arch of Caracalla.
Once we have visited everything and are ready we will head towards Meknes. We will start exploring Bab Mansour Lalej and the Mulay Ismail Mausoleum. We will have lunch in a restaurant near El-Hedim Square and if you wish in the afternoon we can visit Cara, an interesting and beautiful underground prison. In the afternoon we will leave for Fez where they will have dinner and spend the second night.

DAY 3 – Fez
After breakfast we will start exploring the city through Bab Boujeloud, the famous Blue Door that will take us to Talaa Kebeera. You can visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, Las Fuentes de Neijarine and the famous tanneries among many other things.
After lunch we will walk through the Mellah and have the opportunity to visit one of the few active synagogues in Morocco. We can also visit the Jnan Sbil Garden to enjoy a quiet time surrounded by plants and a hidden lake. Our last visit in the afternoon will be to the ceramic factory where you will have a unique view of the Medina of Fez. In the evening you can choose between a quiet dinner in your Riad / Hotel or go to see an entertainment show of Belly Dancers.
DAY 4 – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Merzouga – Desert Camp
We will pass by you to your Riad / Hotel at 8:00 a.m. and we will head south across the Middle Atlas until we reach Ifrane. They will have time to take pictures and explore the city for a while. Once they are ready we will continue to the Cedar Forest where they can interact with the cute monkeys of the place. Then we will go to Midelt for lunch and rest for a while.
After lunch we will cross the Ziz Valley and its immense palm grove. From here you will begin to feel the desert environment as the landscapes begin to change when we enter Errachidia. We will continue to Merzouga where the camel driver will already be waiting for your dromedary ride.
They will cross the Sahara to watch the sunset on top of a dune and then go to their camp in the middle of the desert. After dinner you can enjoy an authentic Berber show with drums and nostalgic songs around a campfire.
DAY 5 – Erg Chebbi – Nomads – Khamlia – Merzouga
On this day we invite you to wake up early in the morning to see the sunrise in the desert. After breakfast you will return to Merzouga in your dromedary so we can start exploring the Erg Chebbi Dunes. We will take the Paris-Dakar Rally road that will take us to the Tissardmin Oasis. We will continue our way to visit the nomadic fields where you can share with them to learn a little about their customs and traditions.
Our next stop is the town of Khamlia, here you will spend a pleasant time listening to Gnawa spiritual music. After lunch in the village we will take you to your accommodation and you will have the afternoon free to relax and see the beautiful sunset in the nearby dunes.
DAY 6 – Rissani – Todra – Dades Gorges
After breakfast we will return to our 4X4 and head to Rissani. If it is Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday they will have the opportunity to walk for a while in the huge market. Then we will continue to Erfoud where if you wish we will visit a fossilized marble factory.
We will continue our way crossing the palm grove of Touroug until we reach the Todra Gorges – a spectacular canyon that is quite popular among rock climbers. We will have lunch here and then have time to explore the place.
Once they are ready we will leave for the Dades Valley where they can take some of the best photographs of their entire trip. After dinner at your hotel you will spend a relaxed night watching the sky.
DAY 7 – Ouarzazate – Ait-Ben-Haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast we will take you to a viewpoint where you can see the entire Dades Valley. We will take the “Way of the Thousand Kasbahs.” We will make several stops to appreciate the beautiful landscapes and the Valley of the Roses. Then we will stop in Ouarzazate and visit the Kasbah Taourirt and the Atlas Studios. We will continue until we reach the UNESCO World Heritage Site Ait-Ben-Haddou. We will explore this fortified city and then have free time to rest and have lunch.
After lunch we will start our journey to Marrakech crossing the High Atlas and the imposing Tizi n’Tichka. We will arrive in Marrakech at approximately 6:00 p.m. and we will leave you at your Riad / Hotel for dinner and rest.
DAY 8 – Guided Tour of Marrakech
We will start the day exploring the fascinating Red City together. You can visit several historical monuments and places of interest such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, the Bay Palace and the Ben Youssef Madrasa. We will go to Jemaa El Fna for lunch in a restaurant overlooking the square before going to the Majorelle Gardens. In the afternoon we will explore Gueliz which is the new city of Marrakech. Dinner and rest in your Riad / Hotel.
DAY 9 – Casablanca – Rabat
We will pass by you to your Riad / Hotel and depart for Casablanca. We will visit the Hassan II Mosque, which is the largest mosque outside of Mecca. We will have lunch at La Corniche which is a beautiful district overlooking the sea and full of entertainment. After lunch we will drive a couple more hours to Rabat where they will have dinner and spend the night.
DAY 10 – Rabat – Tangier
We will start the day visiting the fortified city of Chellah, right in the heart of Rabat. We will continue to the Tower of Hassan and the Tomb of King Mohamed V. We will also explore the Andalusian Gardens and the Old Medina.
After lunch we will start our way to Tangier where after leaving them in your accommodation our services end
The Zagora desert in Morocco is small and you will not be able to see high dunes as seen in the photographs. If this is what you are looking for, we recommend you take our 3-day tour to the Merzouga desert.
